The best way to manage a rat and mice problem is by trapping. I do not use rodenticides or poison baits of any kind. Commercial snap traps are placed in lockable boxes designed to prevent unintended targets like pets, birds or wildlife but perfect for rats and mice.
Starting with a property and home assessment to identify and determine the level of rodent activity and locating entry points for effective trap placement.
I monitor traps for clients and provide the removal and disposal of rodent captures or I can provide consulting services supplying traps and lock boxes with training for placement and usage.
